Very Berry Breakfast Muesli

Summer is finally here and you know what that means! Berries! Who doesn't love berries? They're sweet, colorful, full of antioxidants and they make this high fiber muesli worth getting out of bed for!

(Serves 1)


  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats (buy gluten free if needed)
  • 1 Tbsp ground chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Super Sprinkle
  • 1 Tbsp hemp hearts
  • 1 packet stevia
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • 2 Tbsp blueberries
  • 2 medium strawberries (sliced)
  • 1 Tbsp dried cranberries
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond or coconut milk


Add the oats, chia, super sprinkle, hemp hearts, stevia and xylitol to a large glass and stir until all the dry ingredients are well combined. Add the blueberries, strawberries, and cranberries on top. Pour the almond/coconut milk over top. Stir if the milk is not reaching the bottom of the glass. Cover and set in the fridge overnight. In the morning, grab a spoon and enjoy!
