Chicken Lettuce Wrap (low carb, low calorie)
You don’t need starchy carbs to have a delicious lunch wrap. This takes the same amount of time to prepare as a traditional wrap, and is a great alternative as part of a healthy lunch.
(Makes 1 Wrap)
- 1 large romaine lettuce leaf
- 3 slices of natural chicken breast sandwich meat
- 3 grape tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp half fat mayo
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp Omega Crunch Roasted Garlic Shelled Flax Seed
- sprinkle of salt
Simple! Spread the mayo and mustard on the leaf like you would your wrap. Add the meat, tomatoes, flax, a sprinkle of salt (and any other veg you’d like!). Then roll the lettuce, and you have yourself a healthy lunch wrap.
