Chocolate Almond Chia Pudding (vegan, paleo)
Sometimes we want a treat, but not the extra sugar and empty calories. Try this chia seed pudding. Coming in under 200 calories, with 8g of fiber, this nutrient rich “treat” will give you a boost and leave your sweet tooth smiling!
- 1 + ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 Tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax Seed
- 2 Tbsp almond butter
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp xylitol
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse for approx. 30 seconds or until well blended. If you don’t have a food processor, simply stir ingredients together in a large bowl. Put in fridge to set for 2-4 hours.
