Chocolate Mug Muffin

Chocolate Mug Muffin (paleo, gluten free)

Chocolate for breakfast? Yes please! And with 12g of protein, 5g of fiber and only 6g of sugar, how could you say no?

- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/2 banana
- 1 Tbsp nut butter
- 1 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 packet stevia
- Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax (for topping)

Method:

So simple! Pulse all ingredients in a food processor/blender (except the shelled flax) and pour into a mug. Microwave on high for approx. 2 - 2.5 minutes (30 second intervals) until cooked through. Shake on your flax and grab a spoon!
