Our flagship product line, Omega Crunch™ Flax Products, was launched in early 2007 by Steep Hill Solutions Inc. Steep Hill is a privately owned, 100% Canadian company.
Our head office is located in HaliFLAX, Nova Scotia. Our production facility is in New Minas, Nova Scotia. Our distribution spans across Canada from NewFoundland to Victoria.
Omega Crunch was created to bring a healthy, easy to use, flax product to everyday hard working people.
We believe that Omega Crunch is as a fun, easy to use, and a great tasting way of getting your omega-3 naturally.
Omega Crunch is made with natural products, free of processed sugar and preservatives. We only purchase our pure maple and flax products from reputable Canadian growers.
We believe we can play a small role and lessen the load on our health care system. This can be achieved as each new family uses flax and makes a small but big step to improve their lifestyle and health.

The Steep Hill Journey
There once was a young lady, Wanda, who had to choose a route to get up a big hill. Her options were to take the easy road or attempt the steep hill straight on.
The easy road was filled with free food, and drink, and it looked as if it would take less time. The steep hill was filled with harder work, some longer hours....but the knowledge that the destination was directly over that hard climb.
Well which route did she take?
Ahh, Wanda did take the easy road. In fact, it stretched out to a long 3 year journey. She took many rests, ate much, and she was actually fatigued throughout. Even with all the R&R she was tired, agitated and she really was a big time complainer.
Eventually a young lady, Nancy, did take the steep hill head on. She rose to the top of the hill and felt exhausted, but very healthy, and refreshed. She was laughing, having fun and ready to reach her destination. She was already dreaming up new challenges for the future.
Ironically, on the way down the hill, Nancy bumped into Wanda - Nancy felt compassion on her and asked if she could lend Wanda a hand. Wanda denied the help as she was full of pride.
The journey continues as Nancy finds new Solutions to each Steep Hill. |
