Coconut Sugar Glaze
All it takes is 5 ingredients to liven up your main course! Whether it be meatloaf, chicken, or pork, this recipe will bring new life to your dinner table.
(Makes 1 Cup)
- ½ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup coconut sugar
- 2 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Garlic Shelled Flax Seed
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until blended. With BBQ meat, add for the last few minutes of grilling. For roasted meat, apply before roasting. Simple!
