Farmer John's Seafood Chowder

Farmer John's Maritime Seafood Chowder Mix


  • 1 pkg of Farmer John's Chowder mix
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 Tbsp margarine
  • 2 small potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 250 g seafood (haddock, clams, scallops, lobster, etc.)
  • 1 cup milk (evaporated, whole, or cream)
  • sprinkle of Omega Crunch


Heat chowder mix, 1 1/4 water and margarine for 7 minutes at medium power, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and seafood. Continue to cook on stove for 10-15 minutes still on medium heat. When potatoes are tender, add milk. Serve into bowls, sprinkle with Omega Crunch, and eat!

The Seafood Chowder mix is one of Farmer John's most popular mixes. There is No MSG, and it's gluten free.
