Omega Almond Butter Cookies

Omega Almond Butter Cookies (grain free)

Under 90 calories each. ‘Nough said… ok, I’ll tell you more. They’re delicious, easy, gluten free… and they’re soft and chewy. Plus a great source of your omega fatty acids! Ready in 15 minutes or less.

(Makes 15 Cookies)

- ½ cup almond butter
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup honey
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax
- 1 Tbsp xylitol


Preheat oven 350 F.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Using a hand mixer, mix all ingredients until well blended. Spoon 1 Tbsp of mixture at a time onto lined cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Wet fingertips and gently press each mound down, using fingertips to form each cookie. Bake at 350 F in preheated oven for 10-15 minutes. Watch closely from 10 minutes on so the bottom doesn’t burn.
