Pumpkin Flax Seeds

A simple, delicious, healthy recipe: (Great for pumpkin season!)

Ingredients:

- 2 cups of pumpkin seeds
- 1 1/2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons omega crunch cinnamon flax (look for our stocking stuffer special online soon) 

Method:

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix ingredients together. Spread evenly over a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour. Enjoy!
