All Natural Potato Fixins

Farmer John`s Maritime Potato Fixins

• 2 Tbsp (30 ml) olive oil 2 lbs
• (1 kg) potatoes, washed and quartered
• 1 pkg of Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins
• 2 Tbsp Omega Crunch Shelled Flax

Directions: Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine Farmer John’s Maritime Potato Fixins, potatoes, Omega Crunch, and olive oil. Toss well. Bake until potatoes are golden brown, about 40 minutes.
