Almond Nut “Cheese” Dip (paleo, vegan, dairy free)
Say “cheese” because if you’re a cheese lover, this dip will make you grin from ear to ear! This dairy free nut cheese dip is simple to make and is a great addition to any party platter or afternoon snack.
(Serves 8 – Snack Sizes)
- ½ cup almonds (soaked for 2 hours)
- 1 red bell pepper, roughly chopped
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/5 tsp pink Himalayan salt
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Garlic Shelled Flax
- 5 Tbsp nutritional yeast
Method:
In a food processor, pulse the almonds and red peppers until they begin to become pureed. Add the lemon juice, salt, and Omega Crunch and pulse again until mixture becomes smooth. Depending on your food processor this can take anywhere from 1 minute to 10 minutes. Stop to scrape sides as needed. Add the nutritional yeast and pulse until well blended. Now cut up some veggies and get dippin’!
