Make your salad a finger food! Great for kids or a healthy appetizer for your next party.

Cut English cucumbers lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out seeds and hollow out the center of each cucumber. Cut cucumbers into 3" sections and fill with your favorite salad. Top with Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax. Drizzle with dressing of choice. Done!
