Joel: 16 yr old Flax Fanatic

Meet Joel. He's 16. He likes running, summer camp, and our shelled flax. We think he's pretty awesome. Like, really awesome! Not only did he send in these great pictures, but he also shared his favorite way to eat toast. Check it out:
