Cinnamon Raisin Almond Butter
Perfect for after school snacks! Spread it on toast and use it as a dip for apple slices or celery sticks. This recipe can be multiplied to make a large batch, so you can have some ready to go in your fridge!
(Serves 2)
- 2 Tbsp all natural almond butter
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Sweet Cinnamon Shelled Flax
- 1 Tbsp raisins
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp xylitol (or 1 packet of stevia)
- 2 tsp water (optional)
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until well blended. If the mixture is too thick, add the water and stir again. If making a large batch, store in an airtight container and keep refrigerated.
