Dairy Free Yogurt Parfait (paleo)
Parfait means “perfect” in French and this easy recipe is perfect for breakfast or dessert! When it’s this good, have it for both! It is full of antioxidants and has 8 grams of fiber. Go ahead and say, “OUI!”
(Serves 1)
- 5 Tbsp plain cultured coconut milk = Dairy free yogurt
- 2 Tbsp blueberries (frozen or fresh)
- ¼ banana, sliced
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax
- 1 packet stevia
- 2 (sliced) and a half (left whole) medium strawberries
- flax for topping
Method:
Layer – 1 Tbsp “yogurt”, next 2 Tbsp blueberries, , next the banana, next 2 Tbsp “yogurt”, next the Tbsp of flax, sprinkle the stevia evenly, next 2 strawberries, next the last 2 Tbsp of “yogurt”, sprinkle with flax and top with ½ strawberry. Grab a spoon and enjoy!
