Goat Cheese Nachos
These are not your ordinary nachos! Give your nachos an unexpected twist by swapping out your regular cheese for soft, unripened goat cheese instead. This gives you a big, bold flavor that still goes great with all your favorite toppings.
Method:
Spread your corn tortilla chips on a cookie sheet. Add a small spoonful of goat cheese to each chip and then top with all your favorite toppings. (I used sliced grape tomatoes, green onion, and homemade bacon bits and it was an incredible combination.) Put the cookie sheet under the broiler for about 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted. Remove from oven and generously shake Omega Crunch Roasted Garlic Shelled Flax Seeds over top. And that's it! So easy. Serve hot and enjoy!
