Healthy Popsicles (dairy free, vegan)
Kids love popsicles. Who am I kidding? I love popsicles! And these ones are guilt free and pass the kid taste test with flying colors. Who said healthy had to taste… healthy?
(Yields 8 Pops - 2 Cups)
Strawberry Pops:
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
- ½ cup cultured coconut milk (strawberry flavor)
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Flax
- 1 (1g) packet stevia
- 2 tsp honey
- ½ cup drinkable, low fat coconut milk, unsweetened

Chocolate Almond Pops
- 2 medium bananas
- 2 Tbsp almond butter (smooth)
- 1 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Flax
- ½ cup cultured coconut milk (vanilla flavor)
- 1 (1g) packet stevia
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¾ cup drinkable, low fat coconut milk, unsweetened

Method:
Puree the fruit in the food processor. Add all other ingredients and pulse until well blended and smooth. Pour into popsicle tray and freeze!
