Honey Almond Breakfast Bread (low carb, grain free, dairy free)
Getting bored with cereal and toast? This breakfast bread is more like a brownie, but healthier. It is moist, rich, easy to make and a nice break from the same old same old.
(Serves 12)
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 3 Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 -2 Tbsp Omega Crunch Roasted Maple Shelled Flax Seed
- 1.5 tsp vanilla extract
Method:
Preheat oven 350 F.
Grease or line (with parchment paper) an 11x11 baking dish.
Add all ingredients to a food processor. Pulse on high until all ingredients are well blended. Pour batter into lined baking dish and bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes.
