Oopsie bread is a favorite among the low carb population. What is it? It's a bread alternative that you can use as hamburger buns, sandwich bread, or to make toast, and even sweet treats. It comes in at only 1.4g of carbs per piece, so if you're cutting back on your carbs, you need to try this!

(Yields 8 Pieces of Bread)
Ingredients:
Method:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line 1 or 2 cookie sheets with parchment paper. (These guys like to stick!)
In a large bowl, beat the egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff. In a separate bowl mix the egg yolks and mayo. Gently fold the yolk mixture into the egg whites, creating a batter. Spoon batter onto cookie sheets in 8 (3" diameter) circles. Gently smooth out each one using the back of a spoon. Bake in preheated oven, on middle rack, for 30 minutes. Serve immediately (or cool and store). Serve with sweet or savory sauce/garnish of choice and top with Omega Crunch Shelled Flax or Super Sprinkle.
