Breakfast, lunch, dinner... you name it, I'll eat these! Butter lettuce makes the perfect soft wrap for this sweet and tangy filling. This satisfying meal comes in at only 150 calories, but the 18g of protein will keep you going strong.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. Spritz with olive oil to avoid sticking.Add the egg whites. Once they started cooking, stir in the tomato, baby spinach, and sweet chilli sauce. Stir until eggs are cooked through and scrambled. Add in the shelled flax and salt. Spoon the mixture into the lettuce leaves and serve hot!
