What would you say to a generous bowl of ice cream that's under 140 calories, only 2 grams of fat, and has 6 grams of fiber? If you'd say "Yes, please!" then this is for you... because sometimes, you just need a bowl of ice cream!

In a food processor, add the bananas, cherries, husk fiber, and flax. Pulse until the frozen fruit begins to break down and crumbles. Add the coconut milk and vanilla and continue to pulse, scraping the sides as needed. Pulse intermittently until the mixture becomes smooth. Serve immediately and enjoy!
